Fall Speed & Strength

Speed & Strength is back! Fall is the perfect time to get back into the weight room to toughen up the body for upcoming sports seasons like basketball, baseball and my specialty, lacrosse.

This fall, we’ll focus on improving movement patterns to build more powerful, robust and high performing athletes. We will learn how to move more explosively in our own bodies and implement better free weight proficiency & safety in a fun and competitive environment.
